Job Description
Develop and maintain cost tracking and forecasting systems for energy and natural resources projects. Analyze project budgets, expenditures, and cost estimates to ensure alignment with financial goals. Generate detailed cost reports and provide insights to project stakeholders. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all cost analysis activities. Support the preparation of financial documentation for internal and external audits. Monitor and communicate cost performance issues, recommending corrective actions as needed. Assist in the development of cost control procedures and best practices.
