Position Overview: Client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the transition of their decisioning platform as the move from StrategyOne to Provenir. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping gather requirements, analyze data, document business processes, and support the successful delivery of a critical enterprise initiative. This is a techno-functional Business Analyst role that requires strong analytical and technical skills combined with the ability to communicate effectively with business partners.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is a technical, hands-on Business Analyst with experience supporting technology initiatives within the lending or financial services industry. They understand credit decisioning processes and are comfortable working at the intersection of business and technology. This individual is equally comfortable gathering requirements from business stakeholders, validating data using SQL, understanding APIs and system integrations, and partnering with developers throughout the software development lifecycle. While software development experience is not required, the ideal candidate possesses the technical aptitude to understand how enterprise applications exchange data and how business requirements translate into technical solutions.
