  • Implement robust training programs focused on product knowledge, complex solution selling, and negotiation.
  • 4. Operational Excellence & Collaboration :

  • Optimize the sales process, methodologies, and infrastructure (including CRM utilization) to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to develop effective lead generation strategies and create compelling sales enablement tools.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to provide market feedback that informs the product roadmap and future innovation.
  • Work with Finance and Operations on pricing strategies, contract negotiation, and sales commission structures.
  • Required Qualifications :

  • Industry Expertise : A proven track record of success within the healthcare technology industry is required. Specific experience with Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS), patient monitoring, nurse call, life safety, or similar capital / SaaS solutions sold into acute care or senior living is highly preferred.
  • Customer Focus : Deep experience selling to C-level executives (CNO, CIO, CEO, CFO) and economic buyers within large hospital systems, IDNs, and national senior living chains.
  • Leadership : An inspirational and hands-on leader with a history of building, scaling, and mentoring high-performing sales teams across distributed geographies.
  • Strategic Acumen : The ability to transition seamlessly between high-level strategic planning and tactical, in-the-weeds execution.
  • Data-Driven : A strong command of sales metrics, forecasting, and the use of CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to manage performance and drive decision-making.
  • Mission-Aligned : A genuine passion for improving patient safety and healthcare outcomes, with a personal connection to our mission of "enabling human caring."
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is strongly preferred.
