As a dedicated Healthcare Account Executive, you will be instrumental in connecting families with urgent care needs to the best senior living communities or in-home care agencies. This role requires a strategic and enthusiastic approach to account management, sales, and direct client interactions. You'll be directly involved in helping families during critical transitions, ensuring they receive the best possible care outcomes.
Salary : $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Manage daily operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment to assist families in finding the right community or in-home care as they transition out of a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
Achieve monthly targets by generating qualified patient referrals from market plan accounts and ensuring families select a senior care option.
Develop, manage, and expand your book of accounts to boost referral volumes within your assigned territory.
Network within each account to establish new contacts, make cold calls, and present services, with follow-ups on discharge outcomes to highlight the company's value.
Educate families about their care options and the process of working alongside a Healthcare Senior Living Advisor to find the ideal living solution.
Collaborate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet the targeted quota of families moving into a community or hiring in-home care.
Implement and provide feedback on new sales initiatives, tests, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness in your region.
Minimum Position Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
Minimum of three years outside sales experience as a proactive contributor.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve these goals.
Experience in presenting to target audiences and overcoming objections during sales processes.
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to evolving business needs.
Willingness to travel locally five days a week and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications :
Extensive experience in healthcare or hospital sales is highly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software, especially Salesforce.
