Your new company
This role will be working with a well-established General Contractor with excellent opportunities within the healthcare sector. Having been in business for a few decades now, they have longstanding clients with a lot of negotiated projects and work, with some other projects being hard bid. Projects are located across Maryland, DC Proper, Northern Virginia and more.
Your new role
In this position, you would be running projects within the Healthcare and Laboratories space across the DMV region. Your duties will include, but not be limited to, accurate regular reporting within ProCore, coordinating and handling all inspections, safety management for all subcontractors and visitors to site, coordination of stakeholders, review of all related construction documentation, identifying needs for change orders and RFIs, coordinating with PM, scheduling of all works and deliveries, quality control management and more.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you will need :
- Proven experience as a construction superintendent within the Healthcare Interiors space
- Strong understanding of MEP
- Construction experience within occupied healthcare environments is necessary with pediatrics experience being beneficial.
- CHC Certification
- Strong understanding and ability to read plans and construction documents
- Experience using Procore
What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will receive a salary between $90-105k dependent on experience, plus benefits including 401k, health / dental / vision, company truck, gas card, PTO and more.
