Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $4297.80
• Pay Package includes: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), licensure and certification reimbursements, travel (airfare, lodging, car rental), and other applicable reimbursements.

What You’ll Do

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic consultations, emergency management, and surgical procedures.
• Manage labor, delivery, and postpartum care in a specialized, dedicated OB hospitalist model.
• Assist in labor triage, vaginal and cesarean deliveries, and emergent scenarios.
• Collaborate with private OB physicians in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Support care for unassigned and emergent patients, with backup call duties for CNMs trained in surgical first assist.
• Utilize EMR (Epic) to document patient care efficiently.
• Provide ED consults and surgical assistance as needed.

What You Need

• Board-Certified OB/GYN
• Active Texas Medical License and DEA
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in obstetrics/gynecology, with surgical proficiency
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
