We are looking for a recruiter to support high-volume hiring of caregivers for our growing home health team. This recruiter role is key to ensuring we have reliable, compassionate caregivers ready to meet patient needs.

Recruit and hire caregivers (HHAs, PCAs, etc.) in a high-volume environment
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of ready-to-work caregivers
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and community outreach
Conduct phone and in-person interviews
Make offers and support onboarding
Partner with managers to meet urgent staffing needs
Track candidates and activity in ATS
2+ years of recruiting experience (caregiver/home health preferred)
Bilingual Spanish is preferred
Experience with high-volume hiring
Strong sourcing and outreach skills
Comfortable making high-volume calls and outreach
Excellent communication and organization
Competitive hourly pay

Stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel and use of hands and fingers to operate computer, telephone, and keyboard on a frequent basis.
