IDT is creating trusted identities for IoT applications through Smart Components and Enabling Services.
HID's Identification Technologies powers the trusted identities of the world's people, places and things through smart components and cloud services. We make it possible for people and organizations to transact safely, work productively, and travel freely. Our contactless identification and sensing (RFID, NFC, and BLE) components and solution enabling technologies address the dynamic requirements across multiple industries to wirelessly connect, identify, collect and manage data quickly and accurately across virtually any IoT application.
As ourSales Director, you'll support HID's successby :
- Growing a pipeline of new business while developing new opportunities in current accounts.
- Developing strategic relationships with customers and prospects at different levels within the organization, understanding their specific pain points and requirements, while also identifying any organizational and political roadblocks.
- Collaborating with leadership on developing strategic plans to grow new accounts and use cases.
- Collaborating with leadership, product management, partners, and marketing on Go To Market activities
- Accurately forecasting sales pipeline and close business against defined quota.
- Supporting marketing efforts and speaking engagements at trade shows and industry events.
- Working with the appropriate internal stakeholders and channel partners

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to : skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At HID, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
The base salary in the United States is $120,000 to $135,000.
This opportunity may be open to flexible working arrangements.
