LHH is seeking an experienced Healthcare Attorney to join our client's team on a 6-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension. This role involves providing legal expertise in healthcare regulatory matters, including physician contracting, hospital operations, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare vendor / supply chain contracting.
- Remote contract Healthcare Attorney
- Duration : 6 months, with potential extension.
- Hours : 30-40 hours per week.
- Compensation : $70-$84 / hour
Key Responsibilities :
Qualifications :
At least 3 years of experience as a healthcare attorney, with a focus on regulatory work.
Must be barred and resid e in one of the following states : CA, TX, WA, or OR.
Expertise : Strong knowledge of HIPAA, CMIA, HITECH, Stark Law, anti-kickback statutes, and fraud / abuse laws.
Preference for candidates with California healthcare experience.
Work Restrictions : Must not perform concurrent work while on this project.
