Job Details

VP Facilities :

The Vice President of Facilities will lead the strategic management of multiple outpatient / ambulatory healthcare facilities and physical assets. They will ensure the overall maintanence, management and regulatory compliance. The VP Facilities will lead and manage multiple ongoing and future renovations.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related area

MBA Preferred

Qualified candidates will have 7-10 years of Facilities Management experience in a Healthcare setting

Prefer 5+ years Director level or higher in a healthcare or community health setting

Experience managing multiple Ambulatory / Outpatient Health Centers or Healthcare Facilities required

Proficient knowledge of Joint Commission, OSHA, DPH, and all other state / federal regulatory standards

Bilingual Spanish Preferred
