We're seeking a mission-aligned recruiter to source and hire support staff such as medical assistants, scribes, and front office personnel across our expanding network of outpatient practices. This is a relationship-first role — ideal for someone who knows how to build trust within local institutions and bring in talent that reflects the values and pace of our clinics.
What You'll Be Doing :
Build and manage referral relationships with local colleges, schools, and training programs , especially those embedded in the fabric of the community
Serve as a primary recruiter for clinical support staff across various departments (not just mental health)
Build rapport with principals, program directors, and job placement coordinators
Own candidate sourcing, screening, coordination, and communication
Act as a cultural matchmaker — helping the right talent land in the right roles

Warm and confident communicator who feels comfortable engaging community stakeholders
Recruiting, admissions, placement, or outreach background preferred
Strong judgment and discretion — you know the kinds of people who will thrive in a value-driven, close-knit healthcare environment
