This role is well-suited for an associate with significant deal experience in the healthcare space , particularly healthcare M&A. Candidates with a broader corporate or M&A background and some exposure to healthcare matters will also be considered, provided they have a clear interest in focusing their practice on healthcare transactions.
The Role
The associate will support a wide range of transactional matters involving healthcare companies and healthcare-focused investors. The work includes :

Candidate Profile
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and aligned with top Am Law firms , with an anticipated base salary range of $390,000–$420,000 , depending on experience and location.
