About the Opportunity :
Join a nationally ranked Health Care & Life Sciences practice at an Am Law 100 firm, where you’ll work at the forefront of federal health care enforcement. This Counsel or Senior Counsel position is ideal for an experienced litigator with a strong track record in FCA matters and health care fraud. The role offers meaningful client impact, career advancement potential, and the opportunity to collaborate with some of the top legal minds in the country.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead and support False Claims Act (FCA) investigations and litigation on behalf of health care and life sciences clients
- Advise clients on compliance with federal fraud and abuse laws , including the Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to manage government inquiries and enforcement actions
- Engage directly with DOJ attorneys and other regulators in investigations and settlement discussions
- Conduct legal research, draft high-stakes memos, motions, and briefs
- Develop case strategies and manage litigation timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Support business development by contributing thought leadership in the health care compliance space
