Job Overview :

Focal Point Medical Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in staffing for Per Diem and temporary contract travel or local positions within the healthcare industry. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the healthcare staffing industry, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment and Staffing :

Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (CNAs, LPNs, RNs) for Per Diem, temporary contract travel, and local assignments.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and anticipated staffing needs.

Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and client facilities.

Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Act as a liaison between healthcare professionals and client facilities to ensure successful placements.

Compliance and Documentation :

Ensure all candidates meet the necessary credentialing and compliance requirements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate profiles, assignments, and communication in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Stay current with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with all legal and contractual obligations.

Business Development :

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored staffing solutions.

Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and other activities to promote Focal Point Medical Staffing's services.

Qualifications : Experience :

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, specifically for Per Diem and temporary contract travel or local positions.

Proven track record of successful placements and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.

Skills :

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.

High School Diploma or GED required
