Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager based in Gainesville, but potentially managing multiple projects all across FL. The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including project planning, permitting, scheduling, coordination, communication, and ensuring that project milestones are met. The responsibilities also include contract control, logistics management, project accounting, compliance with quality and safety standards, and an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Some travel will be required, and some work-from-home flexibility is available as part of this hybrid arrangement.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, including planning and overseeing projects to ensure successful delivery.
- Experience with industrial, manufacturing, MSHA, and / or similar settings preferred.
- Expediting skills to manage and track project timelines and materials efficiently.
- Knowledge of permitting, inspections, and ensuring quality standards and compliance throughout project phases.
- Logistics Management expertise for coordinating resources, materials, and on-site activities smoothly.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.
- Understanding of concrete construction methods and practices is beneficial.
- Understanding of aggregates and cementitious products-related manufacturing is beneficial.
