Leading architectural and engineering firm is adding a Healthcare Project Manager to their Minneapolis team!
Responsibilities :
- Develop / coordinate internal budgets (prepare additional contracts, agreements, and service proposals)
- Manage project from start to finish
- Manage client expectations and meet performance objectives
- Assist with design process, lead meetings and presentations throughout all phases of project
- Lead staff (provide direction, supervision, mentoring, and leadership)
- Evaluate project requirements
- Negotiate client agreement including fee and time schedule
- Complete projects on schedule and within budget while exceeding client expectations
- Build / maintain client relationships
- Review / coordinate work of outside consultants (structural, mechanical, electrical and fire protection)
Requirements :
Salary is commensurate with experience.
