A company is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter focused on Registered Nurses.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end RN recruiting process from initial contact to onboarding
Act as a full-cycle operator, setting strategy and delivering results quickly
Review, screen, and close top-tier nurse candidates while maintaining cultural alignment
Required Qualifications
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical domains
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
Exceptional skills in sourcing, reviewing, interviewing, and closing candidates
Experience with modern ATS platforms, such as Ashby
Strong alignment with the company's mission and values
