We have an immediate full-time opening for an HR Recruiter Position. This is the ideal role for a person who thrives off multi-tasking and a fast-paced environment. Specifically, we are seeking a detail-oriented person that displays a high level of emotional intelligence, integrity, and flexible personality that is an advocate for both the employee and company’s best interest. This position offers excellent benefits and pay depending on experience
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective recruiting methods and strategies based on industry standards and needs of the organization
• Collaborates with department managers to draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Assist with job postings and identify best practices based on hiring needs
• Conduct application screening, phone and in person interviews to select qualified candidates
• Research and recommend employee benefit programs
• Set up, attend and participate in job fairs
• Assist in various HR duties to include all paperwork and projects
• Maintain confidential office files and reporting systems
Requirements
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate and maintain confidentiality in all areas
• Possess a valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
• 1-2 years’ work experience as a HR Recruiter or similar role
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must be able to pass a background, drug screening, and MVR check
• Must be able to travel and work flexible hours as needed
