A company is looking for a Recruiter I to support their clinical hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 20-25 Zoom-based screening calls per day with inbound candidates, primarily RNs
Assess key fit criteria including licensure, availability, and baseline qualifications
Schedule same-day or next-day interviews with Senior Recruiters and collaborate with senior team members to improve efficiency
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or both)
Ability to thrive in a high-output, high-ownership work environment
Strong professional judgment to identify red flags or alignment issues quickly
Ambitious and eager to learn and grow within the role
Must be based in the United States
