About the OpportunitySkyline Med Staff Nursing is seeking a travel healthcare professional to join their team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This 13-week assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in Waterbury, Connecticut, and make a meaningful contribution to patient care.Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced RN with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a travel nurse, you will have the chance to work with a diverse patient population, develop your clinical skills, and collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care : Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based treatments.Collaborate with the healthcare team : Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.Maintain accurate records : Document patient information, medication administration, and treatment progress in a timely and accurate manner.RequirementsCurrent RN licensure : Hold a valid nursing license in the state of employment.Experience in PCU setting : Have at least 1 year of experience working in a progressive care unit or similar environment.Strong communication skills : Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.BenefitsCompetitive salary : Earn a weekly stipend of $
