  • Drive timely decision-making and ensure alignment with hiring goals and timelines

Interview & Selection Process:

  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews (on-campus and virtual)
  • Gather feedback from interview teams and synthesize recommendations
  • Support offer decision processes and candidate selection discussions

  • Lead timely follow-up communications and personalized engagement strategies
  • Partner with candidates through the offer process, driving acceptance and engagement
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates post-offer to support yield and retention

Program & Cross-Functional Support:

  • Contribute to broader early talent initiatives, including internship programs, mentorship programs, and campus ambassador efforts
  • Support recruiting-related projects, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Talent Development, and office leadership on hiring needs and workforce planning
  • Assist with event planning, program execution, and recruiting operations as needed

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 3+ years of campus recruiting experience (required)
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle campus recruiting and university relationships
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently during recruiting seasons
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campuses, timelines, and priorities

Preferred:

  • Experience recruiting for accounting, consulting, or professional services environments
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Lever, Workday) and campus recruiting platforms (e.g., Handshake)
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and working with senior leaders

Key Competencies:

  • Ownership & accountability
  • Relationship building & influence
  • Execution excellence
  • Communication & presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking with strong attention to detail
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, seasonal recruiting environment

Why This Role:
