Job description
Kelly Services is hiring a Medical Claims Specialist in Glastonbury, CT!

If you have experience in healthcare administration, insurance claims, or medical billing, this role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment supporting clients with medical claim processing and healthcare payment coordination. Bilingual Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do
  • Process and adjust medical insurance claims according to program policies
  • Answer calls from clients and medical providers regarding claim payments
  • Review explanation of benefits (EOBs) and healthcare documentation
  • Research and resolve claim issues or missing documentation
  • Process medical payments and assist with client appeals
  • Maintain call logs and support client communications by phone, email, and mail
  • Audit payment files and verify accuracy of payment records

What You’ll Bring
  • Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
  • Experience with medical claims, healthcare billing, or insurance processing preferred
  • Ability to read and understand healthcare terminology and EOB documents
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Medical coding or insurance processing knowledge is a plus

Schedule & Pay
  • Monday–Friday | 11:30 AM–8:00 PM | Full-Time
  • $23.50–$24.00/hr | Weekly Pay
  • Temp-to-Hire
