Job Title : Heat Treat Operator

Job Description

The heat treat process begins after the screws are manufactured in the manufacturing building. The screws are moved from the manufacturing building to the heat treat building to be processed. The candidate will be operating a heat treat furnace and using a forklift to load screws into the furnace. The candidate will be required to stand on their feet for a minimum of 8 hours a day.

Work Environment

Candidate will be working within this state-of-the-art Heat Treat facility. They will be standing on their feet for 12 hours straight, and this is a weekend role on Saturdays and Sundays. They will be working alongside other Heat Treat operators. There are racking rooms being built at this time that will be temperature controlled.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Agawam, Massachusetts.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00
