Watson Civil Construction, Inc. is a heavy / highway contractor working throughout Florida specializing in large site infrastructure, underground, and road work. We are a fast-growing company and are currently looking for a Project Superintendent in the St. Petersburg area.

The primary role of the Superintendent will be to lead and manage all field operations on their assigned projects, including but not limited to, supervising foreman, managing subcontractors and vendors, quality control, safety management, and equipment utilization and coordination.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience on FDOT projects
• Knowledgeable of all aspects of construction including underground utilities, grading, earthwork, and roadwork
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• MOT certified Worksite Traffic Supervisor
• OSHA certified competent person
• Strong leadership and communication skills
