The Opportunity
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead design execution efforts, along with :
- Evaluate, select, specify, and engineer fired equipment suitable for design needs for reliable, cost-effective, and efficient operation.
- Prepare equipment cost estimating and manhours for FEED and Detailed Design phases.
- Prepare fired equipment data sheets and technical specifications for bid and purchase.
- Perform bid clarifications / meetings with bidders and prepare technical bid evaluations / summaries for equipment.
- Participate in client project meeting and conduct meetings with fired equipment team working on the project
- Participate in design & model reviews, HAZOP reviews, constructability review etc.
- Develop construction sub-contracts for fired equipment and other mechanical equipment.
- Participate in on-site start-up and commissioning work on an as-needed basis
- Attend pre-inspection meetings, inspections, and testing on fired equipment in vendor’s shop.

The Mechanical Engineering Department is a global team that delivers high quality, on time design and services projects in the areas of Power, Gas, Fuels & Chemicals, Water and Waste Water, Data Centers, and Mining including everything Mechanically related to Process and Power (from Conventional, Combined Heat and Power, Hydro, Hydrogen, Nuclear, Solar / Renewable, LNG, Ammonia, Fertilizer) projects to specialized Air Quality Control, HVAC, Fire Protection, Piping, Thermal and Renewable performance estimating and testing.
