This is an hourly position, and candidates will service areas including Lynn, Nahant, Saugus, Swampscott, Medford, Lynnfield, Malden, Melrose, Reading, Chelsea, Winthrop, Wakefield, Wilmington, and surrounding communities.
As a Heavy Chore Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of physically demanding tasks to maintain and improve our clients' homes. This individual contributor role requires physical strength and stamina to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.#nowhiring #joinourteam #homecare
Compensation & Benefits :
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25, paid biweekly. In addition to competitive pay, our company provides a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities :
- Perform physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting, moving furniture, and yard work to maintain and improve clients' homes.
- Clean and organize homes, including mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Install and remove portable air conditioners.
- Complete outdoor tasks such as lawn mowing, snow shoveling, and gardening.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure that tasks are completed to their satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
