Job Overview

As an Equipment Repair and Tool Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and maintenance of small engines, outdoor power equipment, and handheld electrical devices. Your expertise will not only assist in repairing equipment but also in providing exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and repair various types of equipment, ensuring they are operating properly.
• Provide recommendations on equipment selection and maintenance to customers.
• Assist customers in Tool Rental by writing contracts, invoices, and demonstrating equipment use.
• Maintain the day-to-day operations of the Tool Rental department, ensuring tools are well-maintained and inventories are managed effectively.
• Test repaired units for quality assurance and ensure they are cleaned before returning to the store.

Qualifications :
