Ask yourself :
Are you a skilled Heavy-Duty Diesel Technician with a passion for your craft? Do you have a strong attention to detail and the ability to solve complex automotive issues? Are you a team player with excellent communication skills? If you answered "yes" to these questions and can meet the following requirements, we need you as our Heavy-Duty Diesel Technician!
- Must be at least 21 years old
- 2+ years of experience
- Basic computer skills
- CDL preferred
- Must be knowledgeable in DOT inspections along with full knowledge / understanding in performance of pre / post-trip requirements
- Shop experience preferred
- Journeyman-level technician with Paccar engine knowledge
- Emission after-treatment system experience.
WHAT TYPE OF WORK DO YOU PROVIDE?
As a Full-Time Heavy-Duty Diesel Technician at American Motors, you'll enjoy a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday , with the opportunity for overtime.
Your typical day will involve performing maintenance / inspection on all vehicles and equipment, handling some building / facility maintenance tasks, and assisting drivers in the yard with pre-trip or start-up issues.
You'll be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our vehicles are in top-notch condition and providing exceptional service to our customers.
