Job DescriptionFor our Danfoss Power Electronics and Drives segment we are searching for a Head of Sales to lead and coach a F&B and industrial machinery focused sales team including sales development, key account management and enduser pull. Together with the key stakeholders you will develop the NAM strategy for above verticals and secure execution in the region aligned with the division global strategy. Additionally, you will focus on people development, succession planning and competence building within your team. You are ideally located in the area of Chicago, Milwaukee or Houston. Salary range : 170.000 - 200.000$.Base salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
