Job descriptionAdvise clients on investment management and fund formation matters. Represent private equity , hedge , private credit , real estate , hybrid , and other types of funds employing alternative investment strategies . Provide support on matters involving retail alternative funds (BDCs, interval funds, closed-end funds). Work closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional legal solutions for clients. Contribute to the firm's expanding investment funds practice, directly interacting with clients and supporting business development.

HYBRID Our client, a prominent AmLaw 50 international firm , is seeking talented Associate Attorneys to join their dynamic Investment Funds practice in their Los Angeles office.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with e xcellent academic credentials .
- Active Bar Admission in California , in good standing.
- 3–6 years of substantive experience in investment management and fund formation .
- Background in private equity funds, hedge funds, private credit funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, and funds utilizing alternative investment strategies is required.
- Soft skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with an exceptional attention to detail, are essential. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and work well on a team, as well as independently.
