Cryptographic Key Management : Exchange cryptographic keys with customers globally. Utilize inhouse-built tools like OpenSSL for key management. Handle up to 30 key exchanges concurrently.
Information Security Focus : Background in Help Desk or Network Command Center, emphasizing Information Security. Understanding of Symmetric vs Asymmetric Keys, PKI, and cryptographic protocols.
Customer Interaction : Communicate with customers (internal & external) via email, IM, and phone. Assist in loading payment keys and validating them within systems. Track all actions using ticketing systems.
Team Collaboration : Work within a team of 13, supporting and training peers as needed. Foster a cooperative environment where team members assist each other.
Operational Support : Project manage key exchanges to ensure service continuity. Operate key management systems adhering to security protocols. Support customers on technical and procedural inquiries.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Education : Graduate or equivalent.
Experience : Intermediate to Advanced skills preferred.
Technical Knowledge : IT Security, cryptography, and payment authorization systems.
Language Skills : Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
