The highly anticipated Cascade Hotel Kansas City : a Marriott Tribute Portfolio is about to take center stage on the Country Club Plaza, Kansas City's most sought after entertainment district. Boasting 177 guest rooms, 15,000 square feet of meeting space, a two-level restaurant plus rooftop bar, this hotel is destined to become the 'go to' spot in Kansas City.
We are in search of a Front Desk Attendant that will play a key role in getting this property across the finish line. If you are innovative, tenacious, and ready to make your mark - we want to hear from you. The Front Desk is a great place to start if you're interested in a career in hospitality.
This position reports directly to the Assistant General Manager and is responsible for the following :
- Greeting & checking in guests.
- Handling guest requests.
- Answering internal / external calls.
- Taking reservations over the phone.
- Running shift reports & balancing cash drawers.
- Properly executing daily closing reports.
- Assisting other departments with guest needs including communicating issues to department supervisor.
