Responsibilities
Engage in hands-on mentorship to learn the nuances of risk management and policy structure.
Build a local network through community outreach and relationship-building activities.
Assist prospective clients by identifying their unique coverage needs and explaining options clearly.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities.
Participate in training modules designed to prepare you for a long-term career as an insurance professional.
Provide consistent, helpful support to existing policyholders to ensure they feel valued and secure.
Requirement
California Property & Casualty and Life & Accident licenses, or the drive to earn them within 60 days of starting.
Strong comfort level with initiating conversations and connecting with new people.
Reliable transportation for local community engagement.
Basic proficiency with computer software and digital communication tools.
A goal-oriented mindset focused on personal and professional growth.
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
