About Inventive-Tech : Inventive-Tech is a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) that delivers responsive, reliable IT support and solutions to a wide range of businesses. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Respond to client support requests by phone, email, and remote tools.
Troubleshoot common IT issues including login problems, email access, printer issues, and basic software / hardware errors.
Document support tickets and steps taken to resolve issues.
Assist with setting up and imaging corporate laptops using provided instructions and tools.
Help process returns and exchanges of IT hardware (including coordinating shipments and tracking RMAs).
Support basic user account tasks such as password resets and user access updates.
Maintain organization of IT equipment and help with inventory tracking.
Working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday with overtime available during projects if desired.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong interest in technology and problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Reliable, team-oriented, and able to manage time well.
Some technical training or coursework in IT (degree, certificate, or self-study) is a plus.
Experience with PC / laptop hardware or troubleshooting (even from personal use) is helpful.
