As a Service Technician, you are a key member of our team. Our customers look to your expertise to help solve their issues and build confidence that their home will be safe and comfortable.

Here are the primary responsibilities for this position:

· You will help customers with various HVAC needs, from installations to repairs. You will provide and present accurate quotes to customers. Complex troubleshooting is often involved so experience as a Service Technician is a must!

· You are the face of Aire Serv and will be interacting with the homeowner to deliver the customer service that Aire Serv is known for.

· You ensure the safety of both yourself and the people you serve, leaving their homes safer than when you first walked in. You'll identify and present opportunities and solutions to the customer to ensure the safety and comfort of their family and property.

Job Requirements

The following are the minimum requirements for the Service Technician position.

· Minimum of 2 years of strong sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Minimum of 5 years experience in the HVAC trade.

· Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay and Benefits

Aire Serv Service Technicians earn $70,000 to $150,000 yearly.

Our Service Technicians are paid a base hourly fee PLUS incentives based on performance, additional work sold, and overall job profitability.
