Shop Manager Trainee – Take 5 Oil Change

Some of our most successful employees are those that joined the team with no experience at all, but many others were once servers, restaurant workers, mechanics, retail employees, landscapers, and other skilled trade workers! All you need to do is be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude to the shop!

PAID TRAINING!

No matter what your background is, we will provide PAID TRAINING on the Take 5 way to manage a shop location. Once your training is complete, in less than 60 days you will have the opportunity to become a Shop Manager with listed salary of up to $55,000 or more!

Move up fast!

In less than 60 days, you’ll be accountable for your team’s execution of the Take 5 standards for changing oil, replacing wiper blades / air filters, filling air in tires, and other light maintenance services. Some of our most successful employees are those that joined the team with no experience at all, but many others were once servers, restaurant workers, mechanics, retail employees, landscapers, and other skilled trade workers!
