Gpac is currently working with a growing family-owned food manufacturer in Southern Minnesota who is searching for Maintenance Supervisors for both 2nd Shift (starting at 1pm) and 3rd Shift (Starting at 12 am) at their NEW state of the art facility!

When I say growing, they have three facilities already and now adding the fourth after having been in business for 20 years! This plant is expected to have around 300 employees and is hoping to begin production by the new year.

You will get the chance to be on the ground floor, installing and maintaining equipment with the latest technology in the industry! Responsible for the oversite of the maintenance team including providing direction on all installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production and facility equipment.

• Maintenance to improve performance for all food processing and production equipment
• Direct all repairs; planned, unplanned and preventative
• Maintain records and data to ensure compliance
• Management of maintenance and capital budgets
• Adhere to all GMPs and FSMA requirements
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
