Who we need :
- We are looking for a qualified, motivated, and experienced Maintenance Tech to help with Inspecting the building, grounds, and equipment.
- Handling necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Installing equipment and appliances.
- Following local and state building codes.
- Complying with all company safety regulations.
- Keeping a maintenance log and writing shift reports.
- Performing various repair and maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Ensuring general building upkeep and cleanliness.
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
This is an on-site opportunity, requiring the employee to work 5 days per week in our Washington DC location.
