Job descriptionOutbound Calling : Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers and leads, both warm and cold, using an automated dialer system to set appointments for the sales team. Inbound & Outbound Call Management : Handle large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner. Lead Follow-Up : Consistently follow up with all leads and customers in the pipeline daily. Customer Needs Assessment : Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives. Data Entry : Accurately input all required information into the CRM system in a comprehensible manner. Customer Engagement : Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going above and beyond in service delivery. Performance Goals : Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative performance metrics. Product Knowledge : Stay updated on product descriptions and participate in educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge. Communication Tools : Use all communication platforms currently utilized by the company, as applicable. Experience : At least 1 year of call center or strong customer service-related background. Technology Skills : Ability to type 40 words per minute and have a foundational understanding of how to navigate computers and software applications. Education : High School diploma or equivalent. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills.

We are seeking self-motivated and competitive individuals to join our dynamic call-center team as Home Remodeling Advisors. In this role, you will focus on making proactive outbound calls to potential customers, playing a crucial part in setting up free in-home consultations and driving our sales efforts. Our work environment emphasizes fun and professionalism, with a strong culture that rewards hard work and encourages a better quality of life.

- Competitive Compensation : Earn $18-$23 per hour plus bonuses and commissions, with on-target earnings between $65,000 and $100,000 per year.
