A Better Homecare is seeking responsible and reliable individuals for an In-Home Attendant Position. Responsibilities include:

Assist with ADLs providing personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry and other skilled and other unskilled tasks as assigned. These open positions are for candidates and Certified Nursing Aids able to work in the Houston and surrounding area on either a Full-Time or Part-Time status to fill either, day, evening, night, weekend, or PRN shifts.

Qualified applicant MUST have the ability to pass a mandated criminal background check and have reliable means of transportation to and from assignments. Those who possess a valid Texas Driver's License and have current motor vehicle insurance is a plus.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY - Full-time/Part-time - Hindu provider in Missouri City/ Sugarland Area

Preferred qualities include:

• High level of patience, empathy and compassion.
• Applicants with at least 6 months of patient care experience.
• Preferred Bilingual (with the ability to communicate in both English and Spanish).

Applicants should also:

• be conscientious, punctual, and reliable.
• have good communication skills, both written and oral.
• be responsible for maintaining accurate documentations; and
• possess a 'sense of urgency' when providing for the client's needs all while maintaining a discipline, professional attitude under any circumstances.
