If you're dedicated to growth, let's take this journey together.Position Overview: The New Construction Installation Technician will be responsible for providing exceptional installations of our system in homes under construction.Job ResponsibilitiesApproximately 2 - 4 home installations per day.Install Pestban's polyethylene tube system in new construction homes as scheduled.Installation of service receptacles.Install Termite Bait Stations.Perform tube system modifications and repairs.Clean up work debris upon job completionplete service tickets including mapping service receptacle locations.Operate and maintain installation tools and equipment.Follow all safety procedures as required.Attend all required meetings.General QualificationsTime management and organizational skills.Flexible in job duties.Operate a variety of high-speed drills.Service-minded, motivated, and an independent self-starter.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, office staff, Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leads on a daily basis.Must be able to pass state verifiable training exam.Experience and RequirementsAbility to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch for long periods of time.Must be able to carry, lift, and climb up to a 6 ft. ladder.Work on a residential construction job site in all weather conditions.Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.Health and Well-being:Blue Cross Blue Shield medical plan optionsDelta dental and vision insurance optionsMedical, Dental and Vision insurance effective 1st of the month following 30 days of employmentPrescription drug programFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for medical and childcare expensesHealth Savings Plans (HSA) available with qualified plansNew York Life supplemental insurance options available (effective 1st of the month following 60 days of employment)New York life employee assistance programsSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeWeekend availabilityLicense/Certification:Driver's License (Required)Work Location: On the road
