Best Ever Home Care, founded in 2018, provides non-medical home care services in Contra Costa, Alameda and Solano counties. Our mission is to assist every client with improving their quality of life, encouraging independence and allowing them to be comfortable with excellent care in their own homes We provide first-class, professional care with respect, dignity, compassion, the highest ethical standards and honor.
Best Ever Home Care provides care to many types of clients throughout the community. In addition to helping seniors, we care for mentally and / or physically challenged adults, those recovering from surgery and hospitalization, any individual with short or long-term care needs.
No corporate red tape here! Part time / Flexible Hours.
Office Location : Concord near Bart Station
Purpose : Assist in growth of company by increasing referral sources and new clients.
Reporting : Owners – CEO and COO. You will be the face of the company.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain professional relationships with key referral sources. Generate client referrals by helping physicians and referral sources understand the benefit of quality patient care at home. Build a constant pipeline of referrals.
Call on and create a referral network with well-known medical professionals and local healthcare providers in communities such as Hospitals, Medical Groups, Skilled Nursing facilities, Home Health Care Agencies, Case Managers, Discharge Planners, Social Workers, plus local businesses such as financial planners and Chambers of Commerce.
Research and develop client relationships and produce referrals; perform all phases of sales process, including preparation and documentation of cold calls, follow-up calls, diagnosis of referral source and client needs, recommendation of appropriate BEHC services and additional community resources; maintaining and nurture new / existing referral accounts. Build and cultivate these relationships.
In collaboration with owners : Create marketing plans both quantitative and qualitative. Execute plans and track results with metrics. Track and document all activities in database.
Develop and maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and related follow-up activities.
Develop strategic plans to successfully manage and grow accounts and market share :
Forecast needs, set priorities and execute business strategy.
Set and achieve goals for sales revenues.
Meet with and present the benefits of care at home to referral sources inside the medical community and outside to community resources.
Grow market share by obtaining referrals and increased use of BEHC services.
Communicate effectively with all members of the health care delivery team.
Effectively present BEHC marketing materials and services to referral providers, including 1 : 1 meetings, as well as planning, arranging and conducting formal group presentations to referral providers.
