Day to Day :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Nurse to join our team for a 6 month contract. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role involves coordinating and performing home visits, managing patient charts, and collaborating with the infusion suite in Olympia.

Key Responsibilities :

Home Visits : Conduct 3-4 home visits per day, each lasting approximately one hour. Services include lab work and dressing changes.

Patient Coordination : Review patient charts to gather necessary information and contact patients to schedule appointments for the next day.

Flexible Scheduling : Ability to add patients to the schedule based on workload and patient needs.

Charting : Complete patient charting at home, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
