shift : Days-Rotating Weekends as needed (2-3 per month)2+ year Nursing experience - REQUIRED6 months of Home Health experience - Preferred If they do not have home health experience then we would require at least 2 years of medical surgical or skilled nursing facility. Travel experience - REQUIREDActive and clear driver's license and car insurance - REQUIREDHawaii license - REQUIREDHomecare Home Base and OASIS - REQUIREDCOVID and FLU vaccine - REQUIRED. Will not take declinations!Bachelor 's degree - preferredCase Manager experience - preferred
