You Are :

A Construction Management Professional who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven. We are looking to add exceptional employees to our Construction Services Department based out of our Peoria, IL office.

You Will :

• Perform construction inspection as assigned
• Measure, calculate, and record construction quantities for payment
• Maintain project records and documentation as required for project
• Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, standards and details
• Collect data and analyze data for errors
• Monitor street and utility projects for compliance to traffic, survey or construction activities
• Oversee quality assurance and successful completion of projects, by following set timelines
• Monitor and record job progress details to ensure that all assigned work to contractors is performed in a timely manner
• Inspect and assess the quality of materials being used for construction projects
• Calculation of quantities of material, supplies and equipment needed for projects
• Perform other duties as required by Resident Engineer or Department Manager
