Obtain photos of property and on-site dwellings, reporting any hazards, deficiencies, and property information on our innovative proprietary forms. If required, sketch a footprint of the dwelling and any on-site outbuildings. Meet time service deadlines and strive to submit reports within 48 hours of completing your inspections. Quick turnarounds can lead to more assignments and higher income. General knowledge in construction, property, and / or inspections, or a related field. Property Inspection experience a bonus Availability during daytime hours Monday-Friday for inspections and training Federal EIN for 1099 contractor position Must pass Background Check Access to smart phone and computer Dependable vehicle needed A P&C License cannot be held while simultaneously working this role. Fees are paid WEEKLY per inspection via direct deposit as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Fees range depending on survey type and length of inspection.
