Job Description

The Social Services Assistant is responsible for assisting the Director in planning developing organizing implementing and directing the SNF Health & Wellness in accordance with current existing federal state and local regulations as well as Stellar Senior Living established policies and procedures to ensure medically related social services are provided to all residents in the facility.
