Summary

We are expanding our Healthcare Restoration & Reconstruction Division in the DFW Metroplex and seeking experienced leaders who understand the critical nature of working inside active medical environments.

This is not standard commercial construction.

This is controlled, compliant, patient-first work.

Now Hiring:

• Project Directors
• Project Managers
• Superintendents / Healthcare Field Supervisors

Qualified candidates must demonstrate expertise in:

• ICRA Class III / IV containment construction
• ILSM implementation and documentation
• Negative air systems & HEPA filtration per industry standards
• Infection control risk mitigation in occupied facilities
• Patient and staff safety protocols
• Regulatory compliance and AHJ coordination
• Documentation for hospital risk management and infection prevention teams

Strong working knowledge of:

• IICRC S500 & S520 Standards
• OSHA construction safety requirements (29 CFR 1926)
• TDLR mold remediation guidance
• Healthcare life safety compliance

Healthcare facility experience is REQUIRED.

• Can operate in high-liability, high-visibility environments
• Understand the difference between "building containment" and protecting patients
• Communicate effectively with hospital administration and infection prevention staff
• Maintain clean, compliant, inspection-ready job sites at all times

Compensation

You will receive top pay in the market based on experience and knowledge. Potential bonuses based on profitability. This can be discussed during the first interview.
