o Maintaining employee files, updating personal information, and ensuring data accuracy within HR systems.
o Posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
o Assisting with new employee paperwork, setting up accounts, conducting orientation sessions, and providing necessary information.
o Assisting with payroll of employees
o Answering employee questions regarding benefits plans, processing enrollment forms, and updating benefit information.
o Scheduling training sessions, preparing materials, and managing attendance records.
o Drafting and distributing internal communications, responding to employee inquiries, and managing employee relations issues.
o Assisting with maintaining compliance with employment laws, including recordkeeping and reporting.
o Handling phone calls, maintaining calendars, preparing reports, and managing office supplies related to HR functions.
o Help scheduled travel, coordinating catering lunch for big sales meetings, and note taking.
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 / hr.
This is a fully onsite position in Greensboro,NC.
This position is anticipated to close on Mar 4, 2025.
