Key Responsibilities

Maintain documentation on workflows, procedures, and protocols

Configure open enrollment lifecycle and serve as the single point of contact for customers post-implementation

Ensure the protection and security of consumer personal information according to HIPAA standards

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience with Employee Navigator preferred

Current life and health insurance license preferred

2 years of work experience in a broker agency, benefits administration firm, carrier, or TPA preferred

Driven, self-motivated, and disciplined with a positive attitude

Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively
